A przynajmniej mam taką nadzieję... bo kiedyś próbowałam innej stronki, ale przez to, że miałam obce IP oglądanie nie było możliwe. W każdym bądź razie obejrzałam sobie właśnie oba sezony tego programu i jestem w lekkim szoku. Nie rozumiem jak można prowadzić w pokazywany sposób restauracje... W dzisiejszych czasach kiedy jest tyle konkurencji, bitwę o klienta można wygrać chyba jedynie dobrym jedzeniem. Tymczasem w lokalach, które ratuje Magda Gessler nie ma ani dobrego jedzenia, ani atmosfery... po prostu beznadzieja...Pomijam sytuacje, kiedy restauracje mają problemy personelowe lub nie potrafią dobrać menu do lokalnych warunków...Czasem po prostu strach się bać... zupa z proszku, albo zatrucie...
Nie rozumiem sytuacji, gdy ludzie wzywają słynną restauratorkę na pomoc, a po jej wyjeździe nie robią nic, z tego co zaleciła. Myślą, że są lepsi i mądrzejsi, no i oczywiście liczy się kasa, tylko kasa.
Ale to wszystko ma krótkie nogi... jest coś takiego jak marketing szeptany...word of mouth...niezadowoleni klienci zatroszczą się o to by nieuczciwi restauratorzy nie mieli za wiele do roboty.

I have always been a big fan of everything connected with food. Lately I'm very fond of watching programme called "Culinary revolutions" in which Magda Gessler, famous restaurateur helps owners of non prosperous restaurants in running their culinary business. I just finished two seasons of this programme and I am quite shocked. I simply do not understand how can somebody run a restaurant this way. In today's world, where competition is waiting at every corner, good quality food is "to be or not to be"...
Meanwhile, in the restaurants visited by Magda Gessler, one cannot find neither good food nor atmosphere... they are simply hopeless. I am not talking about situations when people have trouble because of staff or their menu is not well fitted to local conditions... Looking at it I am simply scared...instant soup or upset stomach...is what one can get. I don't understand the situation, when people are calling her to ask for help and after she is gone, they do not implement any changes she has suggested. They think they are better, more clever and of course only thing that matters is money.... Money rulezzz.
But all this will not lead to any success, there is something like word of mouth... and I am sure unsatisfied customers will take care of it...This programme is dedicated to Polish market however you will find English version hosted by Gordon Ramsay called "Kitchen Nightmares"
