Karmelizowane pieczone figi
- kilka świeżych dojrzałych fig;
- 2 łyżki brązowego cukru;
- odrobina zimnego masła.
Normalnie dodałabym jeszcze ser pleśniowy typu blue i płatki migdałowe, ale niestety nie miałam. Brak ten jednak nie umniejszył ani trochę, pyszności tego deseru.
Jeśli chcemy, żeby deser był jeszcze bardziej wykwintny możemy podać go z kremem mascarpone (ubić śmietanę kremówkę, wymieszać z cukrem pudrem i serkiem mascarpone) lub bitą śmietaną.

Yesterday evening I felt like having something sweet :) But as we usually avoid sweets, there was nothing ready made at home. I had few ripe figs, however so I decided to improvise :) The recipe I want to share is very easy, but I guess such ones are the best...Caramelized baked figs
- few ripe figs;
- 2 spoons of brown sugar;
- little bit of cold unsalted butter.
Normally I would add also blue cheese and almond flakes, but I didn't have any. Lack of them however, didn't make my desert less delicious. If we want more sophisticated version of this desert, we can severe it with Mascarpone cream (whipped cream mixed with icing sugar and Mascarpone cheese) or with topping of whipped cream.
